A little about Charlotte, MD, Hallway People.
I began my recruitment career in the 90’s and enjoyed the next 25+ years, experiencing the champagne and razor blades that comes along with it. I’ve been fortunate to work with some amazing local and global brands along the way, performing most business functions. As a result, I’ve worked within pretty much every agency role and I’m proud of the knowledge and leadership this has taught me.
Passionate about HR, Employee Engagement and horses, I joined Australia’s leading equestrian retailer as their Head of P&C in 2019 and spent 4 years flexing my HR muscle and leading the people function.
Fast forward to current day and I’m driven to pay it forward, by providing a recruitment and HR offering that supports SMEs in attracting and retaining their most valuable asset, their people.
